About This Role

This role involves providing direct patient care as an LPN/LVN, collaborating with Registered Nurses, and building meaningful relationships with patients to support their rehabilitation goals and celebrate their victories.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, aligning with personalized care plans and physician orders
• Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
• Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery
• Celebrate patient victories

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred.

Nice to Have

• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting
• Rehabilitation experience
