Speech Pathologist

About This Role

As a Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health, you will provide essential therapy and unwavering support to patients to help them overcome speech and communication challenges.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment
• Celebrate patient victories along the way

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
