Requirements
- Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role, compliance with state laws for driving, proof of driver license and auto insurance
- 2 years patient care experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic
Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- 2 years patient care experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Acute Care, Home Health or Public Health nursing
