LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

About This Role

This role involves providing quality nursing care to elderly residents, monitoring their condition, and supervising CNAs on the night shift to ensure their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact
• Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN license in Massachusetts
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred

• One (1) year skilled nursing experience
