About This Role

Administer medication, perform treatments, and accurately report on residents' conditions as an LPN at a care facility in Wilmington, DE. This role is focused on providing high-quality healthcare with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan
• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice
• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within the state of Delaware

Nice to Have

• Previous long term care experience
• Ability to work independently or part of a group
• Computer knowledge
