The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at NHC Sparta is responsible for providing compassionate patient care, maintaining clinical competency, and utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing care. Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing patient care
• Exhibit organizational ability related to workflow and prioritizing patient care needs
• Integrate current standards of practice and relevant regulations into patient care
• Practice continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Current Tennessee LPN Nursing license
