About This Role

Provide in-home nursing care for patients under the direction of Registered Nurses, ensuring compliance with physician's orders. This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse, making a meaningful impact in home-based care.

Responsibilities

  • Visit patients in their homes
  • Provide nursing care under the direction of Registered Nurses
  • Comply with physician's orders

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Automobile liability insurance
  • Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
  • Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
  • Wear seat belts at all times while driving
