Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of employment
- Valid state driver’s license
- Automobile liability insurance
- Dependable transportation kept in good working condition
- Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Wear seat belts at all times while driving
