Provide comprehensive nursing care as an LPN, monitoring client conditions and coordinating services in an assisted living or memory care community, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves direct patient care and requires a dedication to seniors' well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care
- Perform comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations
- Monitor clients' conditions and health promotion
- Coordinate services for clients
- Ensure community compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding resident services and care
Requirements
- 2 years LPN experience
- 2 years experience in assisted living or nursing home
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Two years LPN experience required, with two years in assisted living or nursing home setting
