About This Role

Provide quality patient-centered care as an LPN for residents in the Benedictine Living Community in La Crosse, WI, focusing on relationship-based care and implementing care plans.

Responsibilities

Utilize the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties
Conduct initial data collection on all residents
Participate in implementing person-driven care plans as developed by RN

Requirements

Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing
Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Qualifications

Clinical experience preferred.
