LNA / Personal Caregiver

About This Role

Provide compassionate in-home personal care and assistance to seniors, engaging them in activities and helping them maintain independence.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in fun and meaningful conversations to build relationships
• Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies like scrap-booking, gardening, or games
• Prepare meals for clients
• Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living
• Report on completed activities and update on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

Requirements

• Resident of the US with authorization to work
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work 15-20 hours minimum per week
• Valid driver's license
• Own vehicle and liability insurance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience

Nice to Have

• PCA certification
• HHA certification
• LNA certification
• CNA certification
