This role involves advocating on behalf of property damage and personal injury clients, ensuring they receive excellent care and maximum compensation. The attorney will manage cases from client meetings to potential trial, demonstrating compassion and strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their case, showing compassion and empathy
- Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers
- Prepare cases for trial and try cases if needed
- Evaluate claims effectively
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
- Member of the Illinois Bar and in good standing
- Experience in evaluating claims
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Team-oriented
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
