Responsibilities

• Mix drinks and craft unique experiences for guests
• Identify new beverage trends and micro-local offerings
• Anticipate and deliver on guests' evolving needs
• Take ownership of guest service beyond the bar
• Ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly
• Build relationships with hotel staff and community members
• Maintain attention to detail in financial transactions and information provided to guests
• Ensure quality of drinks served
• Create a safe workplace and follow company policies
• Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance

Requirements

• 1+ year of related work experience
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
