Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About This Role

Provide licensed nursing services to residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Administer medications, complete assessments, and respond to emergencies to support residents' health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines
• Complete acute and long-term care plans or service plans
• Track clinical systems (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director
• Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community
• Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provide proper documentation
• Respond quickly to all emergencies
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse's License current in the state in which they are practicing
• CPR Certified
• 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field
• Proficiency in English

Qualifications

• Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing program
• 1+ years of experience in senior care or related field
