This role involves assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants in an assisted living center, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs
• Develop individualized care plans
• Administer nursing care
• Evaluate nursing care
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivery of nursing care
• Ensure highest degree of quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
• Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies
• Maintain established standards of practice set forth by administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
