About This Role

This role is for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident’s needs
• Develop an individualized care plan
• Administer nursing care
• Evaluate nursing care
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting
• Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN within the state of North Carolina
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
