About This Role

Join a friendly, caring, and supportive nursing team at Nora Springs Care Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN. Ensure residents receive high standard of care by administering medication, conducting assessments, and advocating for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan
  • Conduct resident assessments
  • Be a team leader
  • Advocate for residents

Requirements

  • Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Qualifications

  • Prior LPN experience is preferable but willing to invest in the right candidate

Nice to Have

  • Prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience
