Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Gastroenterology

About This Role

Provide direct nursing care to patients in a gastroenterology setting under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care in accordance with Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care
• Collect data reflective of the patient’s status
• Participate in the development, modification, and implementation of the patient care plan
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved LPN program
• Current OK LPN License
• BLS certification (within 14 days of hire)
