About This Role

This role involves providing direct, quality clinical care and supervising nursing assistants for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being within a supportive community.

Responsibilities

Visit residents daily to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional status
Notify charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing of changes in resident condition
Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures
Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of LPN license
Monitor inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment
Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms and charting
Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals

Requirements

Current, valid state LPN license
Current, valid CPR certification
