Mercor is seeking a Legal Professional to analyze legal documents, draft high-quality answers with accurate legal reasoning, and ensure clear, precise, and instructional content for legal prompt/answer pairs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze legal documents including contracts, statutes, and case law
- Author high-quality answers demonstrating accurate legal reasoning
- Focus on core sources such as statutes, contracts, white papers, and case law
- Ensure clarity, precision, and instructional value in each prompt/answer pair
Requirements
- J.D. or equivalent legal education
- 2+ years of experience in legal analysis, drafting, or regulatory work
- Strong legal writing and comprehension skills
- Familiarity with contract clauses, exceptions, and inter-sectional references
