Leasing Professional

About This Role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals for the Jory Trail community.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve community's revenue and occupancy goals
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and process applications
• Prepare leases and move-in packages, ensuring smooth resident move-in and lease signing
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in ready condition
• Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, developing marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referral programs and internet marketing
• Utilize on-site property management software for availability tracking, traffic, and resident data
• Ensure community and show units meet Company's show quality standards
• Follow-up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease decisions
• Execute and perform activities in support of the community's lease renewal program
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person options
• Ensure a stellar move-in experience for customers
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units

Requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired
• Positive can-do attitude
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Ability to complete legal documents and explain apartment features
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired

Nice to Have

• Proficient in property management software (Yardi/One Site)
