Satellite Maintenance Technician

About This Role

Perform diverse property maintenance and repairs across three apartment properties in Springfield, OR, ensuring compliance with physical asset requirements and timely resident work order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and appliance repair
• Schedule and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services
• Manage preventive maintenance inspections and capital expenditure improvements
• Ensure building compliance with all physical asset requirements
• Execute unit turns, including appliance servicing, plumbing, electrical, re-keying locks, and interior painting
• Address and follow up on resident work order requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure best products and pricing
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including residents, property management, and office staff

Requirements

• 1+ years general maintenance experience or equivalent training
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years general maintenance experience or equivalent training

• Familiarity with Oregon State Landlord-Tenant Laws
