Groundskeeper

About This Role

Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of community grounds, amenities, and landscaping for multiple properties in Portland, OR, ensuring excellent curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Clean common, amenity, and ground areas daily
• Responsible for daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds, including trash removal
• Water and upkeep community landscaping as needed or directed
• Pressure wash curbs, entrances, sidewalks, and breezeways
• Paint or clean signage
• Perform interior and exterior painting duties as needed
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Spread salt on public passageways, rake, sweep, and shovel during snow/ice events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 months of related experience
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance
• Ability to read and interpret documents (safety rules, operating instructions, manuals)
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Minimum of 3 months of related experience
