This role is for an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to provide property tours, manage lease paperwork, and engage with prospects and residents, aiming to find perfect homes for people and support office operations.

Responsibilities

• Give tours of the property and help people find the perfect apartment
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with applications
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, or text
• Help with marketing and social media outreach
• Support resident events and office operations
• Keep tour spaces and leasing office clean and organized

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
• Great communication and people skills
• Ability to work with leasing software and manage follow-ups
• Organized, dependable, and upbeat
• Weekend availability required
