Leasing Consultant

About This Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will engage with prospective and existing residents, acting as a top-notch salesperson to "seal the deal" and help people find their new homes. This role involves maintaining a professional office atmosphere and utilizing your people-loving soul to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and team members
• Utilize exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

Requirements

• Ability to love people, all kinds of people
• Ability to "seal the deal" with at least a 20% closing ratio
• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language

Qualifications

• 2+ years of transferable experience in customer service
