This role is for a Sales and Resident Experience Consultant responsible for selling residential units and ensuring excellent resident satisfaction for a property management company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
- Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
- Contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager for property promotion and resident satisfaction improvement
- Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written channels
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and team members
- Close sales with an expectation of at least a 20% closing ratio
Requirements
- Ability to connect with all types of people
- Sales closing skills with ~20% closing ratio expectation
- Exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language
Qualifications
- At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
