About This Role

This role is for a Sales and Resident Experience Consultant responsible for selling residential units and ensuring excellent resident satisfaction for a property management company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
  • Inspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their best
  • Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
  • Contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager for property promotion and resident satisfaction improvement
  • Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written channels
  • Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and team members
  • Close sales with an expectation of at least a 20% closing ratio

Requirements

  • Ability to connect with all types of people
  • Sales closing skills with ~20% closing ratio expectation
  • Exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language

Qualifications

  • At least two years of transferable experience in customer service
