Leasing Consultant

About This Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage daily leasing operations, help residents find their ideal homes through personalized tours, and drive leasing performance through customer service, sales, and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the leasing team at an apartment community
• Ensure residents experience luxury living
• Help residents find the best place to call home
• Customize creative and thoughtful tours to individual tastes
• Recommend ideal floorplans and outline neighborhood restaurants
• Follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel cared for
• Create a sense of community and deliver spectacular experiences for new residents
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations
• Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media
• Continuously reach out with tailored updates for prospective residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work on Saturdays

Qualifications
