Leasing Consultant

About This Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home by conducting customized tours and following up on leads. You will manage daily leasing operations at an apartment community, ensuring residents experience luxury living.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the leasing team at an apartment community
• Ensure residents experience luxury living and exceptional living experiences
• Help residents find the best place to call home through creative and thoughtful tours
• Customize tours to individual tastes, recommending floorplans and outlining neighborhood amenities
• Follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel cared for
• Create a sense of community and drive to go the extra mile for new residents
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections and recommendations
• Create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media
• Continuously reach out to prospective residents with tailored updates
• Help both residents and colleagues in Creating a Better Way to Live

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role (preferably in real estate/property management)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Saturday availability

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
