Join Chesterbrook Academy Preschool as a Lead Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where children can explore, build confidence, and develop essential early learning skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps preschoolers feel secure and confident
- Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leaders to ensure an exceptional learning experience
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements
- Minimum of an AA in ECE or a related field
- A High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center
- A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day
- Authorization to work in the United States
