Preschool Teacher Multi-Classroom

About This Role

This role will provide day-to-day instructional support across multiple Preschool and Pre-K classrooms, ensuring instructional continuity and a safe, nurturing environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage in Preschool–Pre-K as needed
• Follow established lesson plans or create new ones for long-term assignments
• Supervise and engage children to ensure their safety and well-being
• Support daily classroom routines including nap and snack times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Communicate professionally with students, staff, and families
• Assist with administrative or campus-wide support tasks as needed

Requirements

• 12 completed ECE semester units (or 18 quarter units), including coursework in Child Growth and Development, Child, Family, and Community, Program/Curriculum OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development

Qualifications

• 12 completed ECE semester units (or 18 quarter units), including coursework in Child Growth and Development, Child, Family, and Community, Program/Curriculum OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development
• Prior experience in a preschool setting preferred
