About This Role

This role involves managing large-scale, complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. The Coordinator will oversee stakeholder communication, manage budgets, analyze data, and provide guidance to team members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects
  • Prepare, analyze, and manage program budgets from multiple sources
  • Lead program and project teams and coordinate cross-project initiatives
  • Conduct research, manage and analyze data in systems, and develop reports and presentations
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience
  • 1+ years of team leadership experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences
  • Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study
  • 8-10+ years of program management experience and 1-2 years of team leadership experience
