This role involves managing large-scale, complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic planning. The Coordinator will oversee stakeholder communication, manage budgets, analyze data, and provide guidance to team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects
- Prepare, analyze, and manage program budgets from multiple sources
- Lead program and project teams and coordinate cross-project initiatives
- Conduct research, manage and analyze data in systems, and develop reports and presentations
- Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges and develop mitigation strategies
Requirements
- 8+ years of program management experience
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences
- Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field of Study
- 8-10+ years of program management experience and 1-2 years of team leadership experience
