Lead Dining Operations Associate - Chick-fil-A

About This Role

Assists supervisors and managers with daily tasks for the designated location, ensuring operational and service needs are met, delegating tasks, and maintaining customer service, food, sanitation, and health safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor with oversight of assigned staff and execution and monitoring of work
• Train assigned employees according to established policies and procedures
• Ensure all employees are aware and trained in brand, unit or station standards
• Assist the location supervisor with opening and closing procedures
• Assist with maintaining and taking inventory and order supplies as needed that comply with brand and/or station standards, health code and regulations
• Responsible for oversight of position and break rotations
• Ensure compliance with all food and health related safety codes and regulations
• Ensure cleanliness of building, location and/or station
• Cross-trained of all areas in the given location or building and able to support where needed
• May serve food from assigned station, location, and/or as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of dining related experience

Nice to Have

• ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Previous lead or supervisor experience in a retail, food service or restaurant location
