Lead Concessions Cook responsible for following recipe guidelines, maintaining work areas, and upholding food safety standards to provide efficient service to teammates and guests at Fiserv Forum. You will contribute to creating unforgettable experiences through great food.
Responsibilities
- Follows recipe guidelines for all menu items specific to position
- Adheres to location appearance guidelines and acts with a sense of urgency
- Provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
- Ensures all product is cooked and served according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation practices
- Maintains work area and practices proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- Employs good safety and sanitation practices
- Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
- On time and ready to perform all required duties
- Helps fellow team members whenever necessary
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform math in English
- Ability to lift and transport up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and clean to maintain work area
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
