Lab Support Technician I

About This Role

This role involves performing physical and weight change testing on consumer product samples, programming LIMS systems, and compiling data into technical reports within a regulated, team-oriented laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Pull time point stability samples of consumer products from controlled temperature rooms
• Perform physical testing on samples as requested
• Perform weight change samples under GMP Guidelines using electronic note booking
• Program the LIMS systems according to protocols
• Learn and maintain new LIMS programs, potentially using both systems simultaneously
• Perform proprietary methods to assess product performance during time points of stability studies
• Check and follow daily work plan
• Compile data and communicate results through technical reports and accurate electronic note booking
• Complete work processes from start to finish within designated turnaround time
• Perform all tasks and procedures in a regulated, team environment with daily supervision from an ATL Lead

Requirements

• AS or BS Degree in Chemistry or related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work with a diverse team and possess a positive attitude
