Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and efficiency. Manage kitchen staff, develop food preparation processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations
• Manage and lead the kitchen staff
• Develop and maintain food preparation processes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and front of house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software

Qualifications
