Key Holder

About This Role

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, operating the alarm system, and performing managerial duties in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them of BRS products and services
• Open and close the store, including operating the alarm system
• Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager
• Provide customers with recommendations based on knowledge of BRS products
• Drive sales in all departments
• Replenish and maintain inventory
• Perform cashier functions, including operating scanners and cash registers
• Follow proper age verification policies and process payments
• Process refunds and exchanges and balance register drawer
• Maintain store safety standards and cleanliness

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• One year as a store associate or customer service representative
• Prior experience in a team environment requiring professional communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to frequently stand, move, carry/lift up to 50 pounds, handle objects, bend, and kneel
