The Key Holder at Aventura Mall will strategically manage and promote sales culture to achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs. This role involves ensuring a high customer experience and understanding short- and long-term planning and expense control within a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact information.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
- Maintain and ensure the Store's Team Members' level of Product Knowledge and their ability to communicate it to customers.
- Accountable for payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability and high service levels.
- Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
- Manage and monitor Loss Prevention, Inventory, and Shrink goals, including physical inventory.
- Execute and process all incoming and outgoing merchandise transfers.
- Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives and guarantee the visual presentation of the Store meets or exceeds standards.
- Execute all requirements concerning OSHA to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere for all Store Team Members and customers.
Requirements
- 1 year minimum retail management experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
