Key Holder

About This Role

The Key Holder at Aventura Mall will strategically manage and promote sales culture to achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs. This role involves ensuring a high customer experience and understanding short- and long-term planning and expense control within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact information.
• Assist with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
• Maintain and ensure the Store's Team Members' level of Product Knowledge and their ability to communicate it to customers.
• Accountable for payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability and high service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
• Manage and monitor Loss Prevention, Inventory, and Shrink goals, including physical inventory.
• Execute and process all incoming and outgoing merchandise transfers.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
• Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives and guarantee the visual presentation of the Store meets or exceeds standards.
• Execute all requirements concerning OSHA to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere for all Store Team Members and customers.

Requirements

• 1 year minimum retail management experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
