Forklift Operations Associate

About This Role

The Forklift Operations Associate plays a crucial role within the Distribution Center team, responsible for stacking and storing merchandise using various material handling equipment. This position contributes to Gopuff's mission of providing everyday essentials to customers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas using forklifts, clamps, and push-pull equipment
• Pull and prepare products for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment and complete pre-operation inspection forms
• Maintain warehouse organizational standards
• Report safety concerns to management and ensure adherence to the Standards of Conduct policy
• Assist Area Manager and Leads with all delegated warehouse tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1+ years of forklift experience
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, military, or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs.
