This role involves training to manage the entire sales process for home sales, from initial customer interaction to closing, ensuring high-quality service and ethical business practices. The Junior Sales Representative will communicate with customers, track sales progress, and maintain sales documentation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify visitors
- Demonstrate models/homes/home sites
- Overcome sales objections and close for the sale
- Document the transaction
- Track progress of loan options and construction
- Respond to customer requests for information
- Document any cancellations
- Maintain all lot files/sales files
- Monitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, and repairs
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential buyers and increase goodwill and profit
- Develops and maintains good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
- Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
- Vehicle with valid driver’s license
- Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience
- 2 years related experience or Associate's Degree

- Prior CRM software experience
- Previous sales experience
