Junior Accountant

About This Role

Heeter is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage and support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to grow and develop skills within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices by matching to Purchase Orders, obtaining approvals, and assigning GL coding
• Perform Purchase Order Reconciling process
• Process credit card spending statements
• Handle weekly bill payment and daily ACH disbursement processing
• Support customer billing processes and produce monthly account statements
• Assist with following up on past due accounts
• Process customer credit card transactions
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, sorting, photocopying, and collating
