About This Role

Lead multiple teams as an IT Lead System Architect to convert business requirements into functional applications with an enterprise-level vision. This role involves mentoring application development teams and assisting in project planning and technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Convert business requirements, process workflows, and use cases into a fully functional application
  • Mentor and empower application development teams
  • Assist in the development and review of technical deliverables
  • Establish standards, develop repeatable processes, and design reusable components
  • Assist in project planning, including development of timelines, composition of technical teams, and leveling of resources
  • Act as the liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams
  • Translate between technical and nontechnical team members
  • Work closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders, Lead Business Analysts to translate business requirements to application
  • Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM
  • 4+ years of experience with Case Development
  • 4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect
  • 4+ years of experience in managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC
  • 4+ years of experience with Agile Software Development
  • 4+ years of experience in documentation of requirements, test cases, and training material
  • 4+ years of experience in leading test execution
  • 4+ years of experience in configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in an organization that develops and delivers software to customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM, Case Development, as a PEGA Business Architect, managing software functional requirements, Agile Software Development, documentation, leading test execution, and configuration and deployment of software solutions.
