This IT Support Technician role provides initial contact and support for IT-related issues to First Help Financial employees and contractors, ensuring high levels of customer service and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for IT related help desk tickets
- Provide on-site and remote support for desktop, networking, and server issues
- Perform problem analysis, triage tickets, and follow through to resolution with high customer service
- Configure, setup, test, and troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Provide support for all third-party software applications used by FHF employees
- Create and edit process documentation
- Deliver training to end-users as required
- Provide on-call support when needed
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 desktop environment and common issue support
- Understanding of ITIL practices and experience with a help desk ticketing system
- Premier customer service focus
- Familiarity with desktop/laptop hardware and peripheral support
- Knowledge of Active Directory for user account support and basic domain services
- Basic networking experience and troubleshooting skills for LAN and remote home networks
Nice to Have
- Experience in support of Azure AD, M365, Okta, Nice in-contact, Outlook, Teams, Sonicwall, and MS Intune
