The IT Program Manager III will serve as a Technology Delivery Lead, focusing on agile software development projects. This role involves coordinating across business and technical teams, managing project financials, and overseeing the software development lifecycle from design to production.
Responsibilities
- Lead JAD Sessions for projects, setting context and following up on next steps, in collaboration with LOB/FL/Architects.
- Coordinate with Business (Product Manager/Product Owner) on requirements and roadmap.
- Coordinate with Architect on project designs and lead design review sessions with tech and business stakeholders.
- Lead PI activities by coordinating breakout sessions with all involved project teams.
- Engage all service providers for the project through respective Intake forums.
- Track and manage project financials, including negotiations, raising funding risks, and planning mitigation.
- Lead various Tech workgroup meetings to track the project throughout SDLC phases.
- Plan and drive End to End Testing for the project.
- Plan and drive Production Certification for the project, involving all stakeholders.
- Track and lead triages for the project during LLE or Post Production with stakeholders.
- Lead and track all MRA activities for the project, partnering with the change coordinator.
- Timely communicate project status to Leadership and LOB, partnering with the PMO delivery lead.
- Partner with PMO delivery lead and team members to determine the significance of each release and coordinate documentation and review sessions if significant.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a software development team applying Agile principles
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge of various documented patterns and techniques for filling gaps in Scrum approach (e.g. burn-down technologies, retrospective formats, bug handling).

Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in a software development team diligently applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches (XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD)
- Experience in managing IT project finances
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques (User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games).
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
- Experience in applying a wide variety of documented patterns and techniques to fill gaps in the Scrum approach.
