About This Role

Provide technical and analytical assistance for litigation support within the United States Attorney's Office. This role focuses on coordinating services, systems administration, and ensuring security and functionality of litigation support resources.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate litigation support services, including trial preparation and presentation
  • Install, configure, and maintain litigation support equipment
  • Develop standards and procedures for litigation support applications
  • Perform testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, and maintenance of litigation support resources
  • Ensure systems availability, functionality, integrity, and efficiency
  • Resolve hardware/software interface and interoperability problems
  • Maintain and control the district's litigation support equipment inventory
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure litigation support systems reliability and accessibility
  • Provide customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training
  • Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer-reported incidents

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Ability to complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain Government Security Clearance
  • Experience with Litigation Support principles, methods, and practices
  • Experience with Litigation Support systems development concepts
  • Experience with Litigation support databases working with load files such as IPRO Eclipse and Relativity
  • Experience with Discovery processing hardware and software such as Law Pre-Discovery and Nuix systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (In related field)

  • Familiarity with Performance monitoring principles and methods
  • Familiarity with Quality assurance principles
  • Familiarity with Technical documentation methods and procedures
  • Familiarity with Systems security methods and procedures
  • Familiarity with Oral and written communication techniques
  • Familiarity with Quality control of incoming data to comply with District Electronically Stored Information (ESI) Specifications
