The IT Communications Analyst II ensures all IT communications, especially those involving change, are consistent, timely, and appropriate. This role focuses on automating communication processes leveraging AI, developing innovative solutions from intake to post-project metrics, and creating technical marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall communications related to technology change across business units and technology teams
- Communicate and understand concerns related to technical change across business units
- Translate complex change details into business-friendly, digestible information
- Create IT communication content and secure required approval from senior management
- Collaborate with change management and project teams to provide business, project, and IT improvement data to stakeholders
- Build awareness and consensus among key stakeholders regarding change and internal technical marketing communication
- Engage key stakeholders to include feedback in the plan on a continuous basis
- Collaborate with other teams to create marketing materials supporting technology change
Requirements
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Highly computer literate with email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
- Intermediate ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Intermediate ability to work independently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
