Coordinate and support logistics operations for a leading organization in the energy and industrial sector, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. Assist in managing inventory levels and tracking shipments, utilizing digital tools and systems for equipment health monitoring and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Assist in managing inventory levels and tracking shipments to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare necessary documentation
- Support digital tools and systems for equipment health monitoring and inventory management
Requirements
- Experience with inventory management systems, particularly SAP
- Proficiency in CMMS (SAP S4 Hana)
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes and supply chain logistics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
Nice to Have
- Relevant technical discipline or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proficiency in data analytics tools
