This role is for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator who will ensure inventory accuracy and smooth flow across multiple locations in a retail environment, directly impacting both the team and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory flow across multiple locations and stages
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Run daily audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate and assist with physical inventory
- Track and maintain inventory logs and reporting
- Partner with operations, warehouse, and leadership to solve problems and improve processes
- Help locate product and ensure readiness for deliveries
- Serve as a key link between our retail location and corporate support teams
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sharp attention to detail and a love for accuracy
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
- Ability to problem-solve, research, and follow processes
- Solid communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory/POS systems
