About This Role

Join our Corporate Customer Service Center in Batavia, NY to resolve customer concerns, manage warranty inquiries, and coordinate solutions across multiple states. This role offers the potential to transition to a work-from-home position after 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on warranty offerings, guiding customers through coverage details and limitations
  • Champion customer advocacy by managing concerns across platforms, including social media
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues in a multi-state environment
  • Execute flawless documentation and procedures, ensuring accounts are accurate and organized
  • Escalate serious issues through appropriate channels and provide creative solutions to improve operations
