Join our Corporate Customer Service Center in Batavia, NY to resolve customer concerns, manage warranty inquiries, and coordinate solutions across multiple states. This role offers the potential to transition to a work-from-home position after 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on warranty offerings, guiding customers through coverage details and limitations
- Champion customer advocacy by managing concerns across platforms, including social media
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues in a multi-state environment
- Execute flawless documentation and procedures, ensuring accounts are accurate and organized
- Escalate serious issues through appropriate channels and provide creative solutions to improve operations
