Drive retail sales of premium vinyl playsets by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to ideal solutions. This role primarily involves managing inbound leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and walk-in appointments
- Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Prepare and present accurate sales quotes for new and existing customers
- Review customer playset designs and recommend product options and solutions
- Process orders and track sales activity and order status in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales goals
- Direct customers to appropriate service and warranty resources
- Identify and resolve order-related issues with effective solutions
- Assist with trade shows, open houses, and special events, including lead follow-up
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and sales growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience (retail, inside sales, or consultative sales)
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work independently
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable reading and explaining product details and instructions
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office365
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience (retail, inside sales, or consultative sales)
