Serve as an Inside Sales Representative providing world-class customer service and promoting sales of automotive and RV aftermarket products to an established customer base. Maintain CRM records and build lasting business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone sales calls to an established customer base promoting sales of new and existing products and services
- Maintain CRM database daily to ensure all customer/account information is accurate and current
- Analyze individual customer base to determine causes for customer growth and/or decline
- Continuously augment product and industry knowledge through company, supplier training, and self-directed learning
- Occasionally place customer orders
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer service-related issues/concerns
- Build long-lasting business relationships with customer base
- Maintain daily phone metric standards established by the management team
- Initiate and support the continual improvement of LKQ and Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. quality improvement system
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a group/team environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Nice to Have
- Some college coursework/degree
- Prior sales or account management experience
- General Automotive knowledge and/or experience
- Experience in training/educating people
