Influencer & Ambassador Coordinator

About This Role

The Influencer & Ambassador Coordinator will support influencer marketing, manage the RuffleButts Ambassador Program, and assist with content creation and photoshoots. This role requires someone who loves social media, understands creator culture, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and help manage the RuffleButts Ambassador Program, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing engagement
• Assist with identifying, vetting, and coordinating partnerships with social media influencers and creators
• Help track influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
• Maintain organized records of influencer contracts, usage rights, and content assets
• Collect, categorize, and disseminate ambassador content to the wider organization
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content planning and execution across platforms
• Assist with day-to-day content creation, including short-form video ideas, captions, and trend research
• Attend and help support social media content creation at photoshoots
• Coordinate content collection from influencers and ambassadors for organic and paid social use
• Help Social Media Manager with the execution of content creation such as video or product photography
• Assist with brainstorming creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives
• Help ensure brand voice and visual consistency across influencer and social content
• Support other marketing projects as needed, including product launches and promotions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, & Pinterest preferred)
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable communicating with creators, influencers, and internal teams
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends, visuals, and storytelling
• Experience with content creation, photoshoots, and ambassador programs

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field
